Come feast on grass fed meat a la Argentine style!
An Argentine parillada is a meat based meal that is typically eaten over a number of hours as each cut of meat becomes ready.
There will be sausages, assorted chicken, turkey, lamb (in season) and beef cuts.
There will be sides on the table to enjoy with the meat and between the meat courses.
Plan for 3 to 4 hours of meat directly from the grill!
Bring your own adult beverage if desired.
We will conclude the feast with a typical Argentine ‘campesino’ dessert! (You’ll have to attend to learn what that is!)
The quincho is open so please dress according to the weather, although I will have heat lamps if it's cold!
Price for the Slow Meat Feast is $150 per person.
Feasts are typically scheduled for the third Saturday of the month, unless there is a special holiday in the month.
